Beautiful and quiet property with very helpful staff

Needing a rental place in the south Atlanta Metro area but not being able to be there for walk-throughs was a great experience ... at Emerald Pointe. The young lady who works in the leasing office, Ailyn Ginete, was exceedingly kind and also very patient and helpful throughout the tour and application process. Since I was not in the city Ailyn conducted the tour with my son and provided him with all the information that I needed to make a comparison of their property versus others. First, the grounds are beautifully landscaped and well-kept. Ailyn spoke with me a few times to understand what I was specifically looking for and helped determine which apartment would be the best fit for me. She listened to the list of things that were most important for me (ie, very safe yet quiet and far away from any children’s play area, not huge so cleaning won’t take a long time, etc.). In addition, Ailyn worked with me for 2 weeks during the application process to help me determine the best ways to provide the type of information acceptable for me to send given that I had been on a leave of absence from work for 2 years. There was not 1 phone conversation that wasn’t filled with kindness and patience. Also, on move-in day I noticed some minor things that I would like to have looked at by maintenance and she said she’d request their service the following week since they are closed on weekends. Much to my surprise the maintenance staff was there within 2 hours to take care of the service! Also, the apartment is very close to schools, shopping and restaurants and is a very easy drive to and from I-85. Emerald Pointe Apartments is Great Place to Live

I've lived at Emerald Pointe Apartments for 3 years. I've found all services are great. The staff is courteous and professional ... handling my maintenance request in very timely manner. The grounds are kept immaculate, no trash, nicely landscaped. More importantly, this is the quietest apartment complex I've ever lived in which is most important.
